Staten Island Rapid Transit 1950s Weekly School Ticket Oakwood Heights NY
This listing features an original vintage weekly school commuter ticket issued by the Staten Island Rapid Transit Railway Company. Based on corporate history and the printed signature of District Sales Manager I W Doty, this green cardstock artifact dates to approximately the 1950s era. The three-part ticket remains completely intact with both its initial ride coupon and the agent stub fully attached along its original perforations. It was good for ten continuous rides between local borough stations like Annadale, Huguenot Park, Princess Bay, Pleasant Plains, Richmond Valley, Tottenville, Oakwood Heights, and New Dorp. The front features checkboxes for male or female passengers alongside a handwritten red inventory mark. The reverse side is entirely blank, and the cardstock shows clean edges with no punch holes or creases, making it an excellent addition for any railway collector or New York history enthusiast.
