New Items

·       Supplied as originally bought, sometimes opened only for photography.

·       If multiple stock, generic photos may be used.

Pre-owned Items

·       All vintage and pre-loved pieces may display gentle signs of age and use, enhancing their charm.

·       Cleaned and re-packaged before dispatch.

·       Any faults or imperfections are shown in photos and listed.

·       Sourced from reliable third parties (full history may not be known).

Packaging

·       Items are packed with care using recycled or reused packaging where possible.

Delivery

·       Dispatched within the stated timeframe.

·       Not responsible for courier delays (e.g. strikes, late services).

Returns

·       Accepted if faulty or not as described.

·       Photographic proof required before return is agreed.

·       Must be returned in the same condition, within the stated timeframe.

·       Photographic evidence must be provided within 48 hours of delivery.

·       Buyer covers return postage with tracking.

Damaged Items

·       Photographic proof of damaged contents and packaging is required before a return is accepted.
