This is an early Jody Jazz mouthpiece. It's a near mint plastic 6 alto with the original spoiler. One micro-flaw of no consequence: minuscule scratch just inside far right tip rail, not onto tip rail (see closeup photo). No cap or ligature. Note: Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico shipping $10 USPS.
