This is "A Life for the Tsar (Ivan Susanin)" by Mikhail Glinka, in a 1989 recording released on 3 CDs by Sony in 1991. This recording features the complete music to the opera, sung in Russian, with a cast including Boris Martinovitch. Chris Meritt and Stefania Toczyska, conducted by Emil Tchakarov.
