• It opens to 18" x 32" and has a charming pictorial bird's-eye-view map, printed in color.



• Among the features named and illustrated on the map are the Goodyear Blimp Field; the Peter Mansion, on K Street in Foggy Bottom; Maryland Club Gardens; Camp Simms; the Heigh-Ho Club; Army War College; Carnegie Institute of Terrestrial Magnetism Laboratory; National Training School for Boys; Bolling Field; and numerous public buildings and local businesses.



• Surrounding the map and on the reverse side are a street index, directory of hotels and restaurants, and a guide to shopping and points of interest.



• Condition:  It is in very good condition, with no rips, tears, or writing. The paper has softened slightly, and there is faint toning on the cover. Please see the scans and feel free to ask any questions.



• The map was prepared and copyrighted June 1936 by R. C. Traster & Sons, 1196 National Press Building. It was distributed by Washington News Company Division of the American News Company, and is dated in the lower corner.
