Offered for sale is this 69 piece Royal Worcester dinner service for eleven+ in the fine "Normandie" pattern. This rare and beautiful fluted pattern has flowering vines delicately rendered in pink, green and blue, picked out with gold on rim and verge, with a large central flower on a creamy white (off-white) background.  Full Royal Worcester marks printed on the reverse on each piece, with date codes that date the dinner plates to 1939. The service consists of

12 dinner plates 10 3/8 inches across

11 bread plates 6 inches across

12 large soup bowls 8 inches across

11 small cereal bowls 6 1/2 inches across

12 saucers 5 3/4 inches across

10 teacups 3 1/2 inches across

1 oval serving bowl 10 1/2 inches long by 7 1/2 inches wide

No salad plates, sadly. But they are readily available on the secondary market. The whole set weighs 48 lbs (shipping weight 70 lbs. It will be shipped in two boxes, double boxed).

Condition: The whole set is in very good to excellent condition, with no damage or wear, save for an a few light utensil marks on the dinner plates, and one small hairline and stain on the side of a (still usable) teacup.
