Antique Silver Plate Cruet / Condiment Set - Belle Epoque, circa 1890-1910

A fine quality antique cruet set comprising a silver-plated frame holding two glass decanters and a central lidded condiment pot, most likely a mustard jar, complete with its original red glass spoon.

The silver-plated frame is cast and embossed in the Louis XVI Revival neoclassical taste fashionable around 1900, with a central medallion of pine cone and laurel swag motifs, ribbon-tied quivers to the sides, and a graceful arched carry handle with scrolled finial. Ball feet to the corners. Three hallmarks are stamped to the base rail, consistent with a quality French silver plate manufacturer of the period. The set is sold as silver-plated; buyers wishing to confirm silver content are advised to arrange independent testing.

The three glass inserts are of clear pressed glass with square-section bodies and faceted ball stoppers, typical of quality late 19th-century French glassware.
