Shipping
All our stock is at our UK warehouse. Your item will be shipped by either DX or Royal Mail depending on the size/weight of the package and delivery location. We aim to ship orders within 24hours of processing your payment. Please be aware that our postage prices (including free delivery) are currently to Mainland UK and Mainland Wales, the price does not include remote areas or islands. If you live outside these areas please send us your postcode and we can check postage costs for you.

Free delivery & general delivery charges are to Mainland England & Mainland Wales Only. Please see 'delivery info' for more information. When goods are received they must be checked for damages before you sign, if this is not possible then please check goods over & if there is the slightest damage please sign as damaged as no claims can be processed for goods that have been signed for in good condition or as unchecked. If goods are received damaged then in order for us to send replacements out to you we will require you to send us photographs of all the damaged items along with photographs of the internal and external packaging. No claims can be processed without all these photographs.
Returns
30 day return or exchange policy for all our products. Only factory defects are accepted as the reason for product return and all goods should be checked on delivery for any defects and reported ASAP for us to resolve. Returned item(s) must be returned with package completely intact, and all accessory(s) inside the package must be original condition. We do not pay for the postage costs for returned defective items. Items returned must be received within 30 days from purchase. No refund or replacement is issued after 30 day time period after purchase. Please allow up to 7 working days to process your returned item(s) after we receive it. We are extremely fair, and in the rare event of something unusual happening, we will gladly work with you to find a solution.
