Vintage Chuck E Cheese "Tokens N Tickets" mini backpack clip keychain, from 1994.  It comes with a red clip.  Nice condition overall. 

As a bonus, a plastic "Flower Power" hippie keychain is also included (might have been won as a prize at Chuck E Cheese).
