(129) This listing is for a beautiful example of a Pair of Antique (c late 1800s / early 1900s) Large / Heavyweight (6+ kilos)  Dutch Baroque Style, Ball Shaped Brass Fire dogs / Andirons, featuring 'Fleur de Lis' and Rose Head sections. They have graduated size orb shaped uprights, with splayed brass feet, and they have square profile cast iron log basket support bars which are stamped: G41 - 5. They measure 43.3cm high x 17cm wide x 34cm deep, and the support bars which are approximately 19cm high, have a useable depth of approximately 30cm. The Irons are in exceptionally good condition, and would be suited to even the grandest of homes.
