Condition: This kit is technically new, mostly complete, and requires assembly, with some parts still sealed. This kits is in decent condition overall, as I do not see any damage worth noting. Cosmetically, it shows minor scratches, fingerprints, and shiny spots. As a pre-owned piece, some original detail parts may be missing (such as the ventilators or others), replaced, or swapped with non-stock parts that I may be unaware of, which is why I am listing it as used. The instructions and original box are included. The instructions are fully legible. The box shows typical shelf wear, including blemishes, scratches, paint chips, stains, and possible discoloration. Despite these imperfections, it is a unique kit and would make a great addition to any HO layout..
