RETURNS Return must be pre-approved via eBay courier system or return case. Do not ship the product without the return being processed.
Products must be returned retaining their original box and all accessories.
Returns must go inside a protective outer box other than the product.
Shipping costs are non-refundable except when the product received is factory defective.
If the product has been damaged due to an accident or has serious damage due to misuse, the return may be refused. The warranty only covers defective products due to manufacturing defects, in no case damage caused by the customer.
