These antique plates are made of French faience known for its warm tone, charming country aesthetic and have a softly scalloped edge, making it ideal for dining or display.
Age:
There is no backstamp present on the egg cups--all other pieces that were purchased with the 6 egg cups have a K&G Luneville France backstamp indicating that the items were made in the late 1800s to early 1900s (circa 1890–1920).
Condition:
Excellent antique condition with little to no signs of use which is exceptional considering the age of the egg cups. No chips, cracks, crazing, scratches/utensil wear or repairs observed.
