We do offer combined shipping for US Addresses Only. 
Combined shipment is available for graded & raw cards - $1.00 additional to US based addresses.

We utilize eBay Unpaid Item Assistant, you have up to 3 days to combine shipping from the end of the 1st auction. 

We do not cancel auctions as bidding requires you to follow up/confirm your bid.
Any buyer who wins an auction and does not pay for their purchase will be blocked from future purchases and reported to E-bay customer support.
