This type of item would have been posted to record shops throughout the UK promoting new record releases and were not available to the general public. They were intended to be hole-punched and filed in the shop record release folder, but quite often due to the amount of publicity shops received from the different competing record companies, they were simply put aside or even thrown away.

Many years ago we were lucky enough to purchase a quantity of unopened envelopes containing these type of items, this being one of them.

Superb condition as seen in photos 

but note minor dried moisture stain on the Hi Hi Hazel sheet at the bottom.
