This is an opportunity to own a rare version of a popular piece of byzantine history minted between 1042 and 1055 AD. This coin was minted in bronze under the authority of Constantine IX and is a denomination called a follis. It normally features Jesus Christ seated on the obverse and a legend in three lines on the reverse. This one has two reverses of the same coin. This is a chance to own a byzantine coin that is guaranteed authentic.  Grading is subjective.  In my opinion, this coin is VG and possibly a low F. Here is some more information on the normal version of this coin below:

Anonymous Follis.
Reign: Emperor, A.D. 1042-1055.
Denomination: Æ Follis.
Obverse: Christ Pantokrator seated facing on square-backed throne.
Reverse: Inscription in three lines.
Reference: SB 1836
