It measures 9 1/2" or 24cm long and has a Chisel Lip Cork Closure.

The embossing reads as follows:

Condition:

It is strongly embossed and has a good overall body sheen.
I'm not sure if the 'groove' above the S in CARTER'S is right and could be a fault done during anufacture.
