Migration & Setup Instructions: ✅ Transferring Existing Drives? If you’re migrating from another Synology NAS and moving your current RAID drives, simply label them clearly as Bay 1, Bay 2, Bay 3, Bay 4, Bay 5 (matching your original bay sequence) before installation. The system will automatically recognize and restore your existing RAID configuration.

⚠️ Important Setup Notice: If you’re using new drives or planning to switch to a different RAID configuration, you will need to initialize the system as a new RAID setup. Please note that this process will format the drives and permanently erase all data. Back up your files before proceeding.
