For sale is a vintage Eastman Chickadee II rotary fabric cutter. This unit is not functioning. When plugged in and switched on it just does nothing. I noticed that there has been some electrical tape placed around the plug, so it could be a short or a bad connection. I’m not sure but at any rate this is being sold FOR PARTS OR REPAIR ONLY.
