Boy Scouts of Guatemala and US Military Patch Lot WWI ? BSA Vtg Direct Service

---  These were altogether (at an estate of a military collector), the patches grouped on the right appear mostly to be US military (not sure if WWII era but they don't appear modern).  Not sure how many or boy scouts (some are obvious).  The curved GUATEMALA yellow and red patch is 4.75" long.
