For plant culture water thoroughly than let the plant be completely dry for 3-4 days during active growth. Reduce watering to half as often during the dormant cycles. We water our succulents here in Wisconsin every 7-10 days or so during the growing season and every 14-18 days during the winter. When bare root plant is received pot it immediately and let it acclimate 5 days or so before watering in an area with some limited sun, slowly move it to a more sunny area every 4-5 days. Final growing spot should be achieved in 1-2 weeks. The plant in my collection has been grown under a 3000 watt led light here in the frozen tundra of Southern Wisconsin during winter.
