Tax & Customs

The item price and shipping cost do not include import duties, taxes, and charges. All these charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office whether there are extra costs before making an order.

If your package is held by local customs, you should contact your local customs office and FedEx/DHL/postal office. If the package is returned due to refusal to provide customs clearance information or refusal to pay taxes, or delivery failure (e.g. insufficient address information, absence of recipient, etc.), the buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs and 10% of the total price.
