Return Policy :

·        Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase

·        Only Unopened for any reason. (Opened and Activated, we cannot accept Return )

·        Buyer pays return shipping. 

·        Item must be in new, resalable condition, in original box. 

·        All returns must be Pre-approved. 

Most returns are accepted within 30 days of you receiving the item. To avoid fraudulent returns, we capture and record the Serial Number of Devices for the Purchase 

All returns will be inspected, and serial numbers will be checked to ensure that the item returned was the one sold. If items are in the same condition as it was sent in and serial numbers are a match, a full refund will be processed. 

If for any reason there is any issue with the returned item you can be subjected to a partial refund or no refund which is also mentioned under eBay Seller Protection Guidelines. 

There will be a 20% restocking fee for any items opened out of it original packaging and 50% restocking fee for any items opened and used. These fees will be deducted as a partial refund from the purchase price paid.
