A must-have tool for changing the timing belt on Volkswagen engines. Used when installing and removing a toothed belt on 1.9L diesel and 2.0L gas engines 1998-2003. This tool is used to tighten the eccentric pulley so that the timing belt can be properly torqued prior to tightening the tensioner pulley bolts. Remember to apply light gradual pressure to the tensioner with this tool, as it will need time for the fluid in the tensioner to bleed though the internal passages as it collapses.

Used but in fully working order. All metal durable construction. Made in Germany.
