Used, rust as pictured on all chrome. The worst is on the wheels, particularly the hub, it also has rust on the inner part of the wheel. I cleaned it the best I could with super fine steel wool. It should get a new tire and tube. These are unique sized tires, they require the 24x1 3/4, not a 24x1.75. The seat and pedals are original. The seat has some scratches and scuffs and minor tear on the front as pictured.The existing tire shows dry rot as it appears to be the original tire. The seat will be lowered, and the pedals will be removed for shipment. Glad to provide more pictures upon request.
