Mike Kostiuk signed this index card for me in 2012 & he died in 2015. He played for the 1941 Cleveland Rams and then served his country in the Army where he was a 1943 Armed Forces All-Star. He returned to play for the 1945 Detroit Lions & the 1946 Buffalo Bisons, later called the Bills. This signature has been in storage for 13 years & it is guaranteed to authenticate.
