PLEASE NOTE: This kit is intended for use with CAR accessory spacing and the factory LS1/GTO ps/alt bracket or similar! These are the kits where the power steering is on top, and the alternator is below. Do not use this kit for Truck style or similar! We have a kit for TRUCKS in our other items! 

Are you installing an LS engine in your Fox/SN95 V8 Mustang and you want to keep the power steering? This is the item you need. Note: This kit is **NOT intended for use with Pinto/Mustang II steering racks** and *WILL NOT* work with them. This kit is used with FOX MUSTANG racks only.

First:

You can run the stock high pressure LS pump that attaches easily to your LS engine - simply use the included pressure reduction kit to reduce the output pressure to a level your stock Fox Mustang steering rack can live with! 

The LS pumps typically put out about 500 psi more than the stock Ford rack is rated for! Don't take a chance!

If you're doing an LS Swap into an older Chevy or other car you will need to reduce the pressure there also, you can find the reduction kit by itself in our other items.

Includes clamping tool, 6 shims and installation instructions for lowering the bypass pressure on all GM self contained and Type II power steering pumps.

Second:
We include supply/return hoses with the correct fittings and suitable length to attach your LS Steering pump to your Mustang's stock steering rack. No need to buy custom hoses or find oddball fittings. Bolt it on and go! It doesn't get any simpler than that!

Installation is very easy and instructions are included.
