This converter allows radio scanners that don't cover the 800-900 MHz to receive these frequencies through this converter.(see images of instruction sheet). I have used this many times in the past and the performance was excellent. Operates on a common 9 volt battery. Includes Instruction/ specifications sheet and Motorola plug to BNC adapter cable.

Please note that the front panel bottom is not damaged or dented, it is merely the front decal protruding beyond the bottom of the panel has been slightly folded over. Does not include optional 9V AC adapter.
