Chainsaw powers on without issue and does run. However, the chain spins continuously even when the trigger is not engaged. Additionally, when throttle is applied, the unit tends to shut off.

It may need adjustment or tuning, but I am not experienced enough to diagnose or repair the issue. Because of this, it is being sold as-is.
