He have an elastic drawstring waist with a cinch

It has two front zipper pockets and two back pockets that are zipper closed the legs. Have a 10 inch zipper on the outer side. Reminds me of a snowboard pant

Does have a few spots that need cleaning but very minor please see all photos. Feel free to ask any questions these do you have a mesh lining throughout the entire pant.

They have a WI-13 patch on them

They remind me a lot of a very, very thin snowboard pants, maybe an over pant?

Without stretching, this is a 30 inch waist, but there is enough room that with maximum stretching could be 32 might be uncomfortable. The inseam is 28 inches.

I cannot find anything similar to compare it to, but they are namebrand. All zippers have the world and the world symbol on them back pocket says world industries. I do not see any damage to the pants. Please see all photos.
