One is entitled Cooking with Hougen, hardcover, published in 1960 by Abingdon Press, 253 pages with original author signature within. It has some pencil and pen notations and a few cooking stains. Otherwise, good condition. The second book is More Hougen Favorites, hardcover, Parthenon Pres, 1971, 231 pages, also with original author signature within. This book also has occasional pencil notations and cooking related stains. It also has some spine separation on the cover but not on the book itself. Good binding.
