*It's getting increasingly difficult to find these in nice condition & an absolute must own for any serious Pokemon fan / guide collector.

This guide is BRAND-NEW & FACTORY SEALED!

This guide is a CGC 9.4 grade.

*Expect minor scuffing / surface wear to the outer plastic case (this is just how they come from CGC lately), no cracks or damage.

It will be packaged securely in a BOX.
