Pedal works great plugged in to my general power supply and is new. These have the ToneX Stock presets and not the Alex Lifeson custom presets. Those can be easily installed if you have the Alex Lifeson software. I acquired this pedal from a friend who purchased it and then customized the inside of the pedal for his needs.
