Missing some pieces like the stairs, front doors and the large windows directly above the doors. Many of the stickers are worn and peeling, and it could use a good cleaning, but it’s in pretty great shape other than that. The battery compartment is not corroded and the lights work on both sides. It just needs 6 AAA batteries. It does not come with batteries, photo for testing purposes only. The screw on the right side was used a little too much and a Phillips does not work, you just need a small flathead to screw it out. There is a small crack on the top latch, but both latches still operate.
