Grown for us at high altitudes, these 100% Arabica beans deliver a balanced brew with nuance and character. Costa Rica’s temperate tropical climate and rich, volcanic soil promote slow and steady growth, allowing the coffee cherries time to develop rich, complex flavors. Once harvested, the beans are given a Medium Roast, which enhances their inherent sweetness and brings out delicately nutty notes.
