    How to replace the condenser:

     

    • Discharge Refrigerant: Use a manifold gauge set and a recovery machine to remove all refrigerant from the system.
    • Access the Condenser: Remove necessary parts like the grille, radiator, or radiator fans to expose the condenser.
    • Disconnect Lines: Carefully remove the refrigerant lines from the condenser, ensuring you have eye protection.
    • Remove Old Condenser: Unbolt the unit and remove it, being careful not to damage surrounding hoses.
    • Install New Unit: Compare the new unit with the old one, install it, and replace the O-rings to ensure a proper seal.
    • Add Oil: Add about 1.5 ounces of PAG oil to the new condenser to ensure proper compressor lubrication.
    • System Vacuum & Recharge: Use a vacuum pump to remove air from the system and recharge with the correct amount of refrigerant.
