Up again due to previous buying losing workshop space. Due to interest in the whole vehicle I’m no longer breaking it.
This has been a long time coming. Ive held onto this vehicle for too long and after pouring money into it in the early days its been sat in storage.
The plan for it was to have the " GO ANYWHERE" ability of the defender with the comfort of a Range Rover so internally its been fitted out with the seats from a 2005 range rover, leather is in perfect condition. this was done by cutting the floor out of a range rover and welding it in to the defender so everything bolts in as it should. Pro's - leg room and comfort is amazing, cons - rear wheel tubs had to be cut and rear boot area is slightly smaller. Transmission tunnel will need to be finished and there is welding to be compelted.
Engine - I purchased the full conversion kit from https://mwmachines.co.uk/shop/defender-m57n-6hp-conversion-kit-x5-e53-donor. The engine mounts have been tacked onto the chassis and can be removed if must but id rather the engine go with the chassis.
The conversion kit is to use the ZF6hp transmission adapted to the defender transfer box. £2800

as well as the High - LOW and diff lock remote pneumatic selector kit £455
Engine came out of my donor 2006 BMW X5 that I used for about 8 months prior to pulling the engine. Full service history 68k miles. MOT mechanic told me I was made, car was too good to break, he was probably right.

BULK HEAD is out of a 2015 PUMA.
I also have 4 doors off a 2016 PUMA, black, great condition. not in photos. (Not included in the sale, these will go for £800 a door)
Original Black galvanised chassis so NO rust anywhere.
Salisbury rear axle with a ARB rear diff cover.
Extended brake lines.
