Note:
Before installing the air conditioning compressor, the pipes must be thoroughly cleaned to ensure they are completely free of contaminants and check whether the expansion valve, evaporator, and condenser are worn out and need replacing.
The compressor is pre installed with refrigerant oil and does not require additional addition, which may cause it to malfunction.
Features:
Built to strict quality control standards 100% factory tested.
100% Compatible with OEM Parts, meets Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Standards.
This powerful auto AC compressor can provide intense pressure to achieve strong cooling effect, and it also manifests excellent performance in dissipating heat and ventilation.Longer life of the alternator through the use of premium brushes and other critical components that resist failure or poor performance.
Our AC compressor kit works efficiently under low noise and tiny vibration to provide you a super cool trip. Driving at a stable speed will help reduce fuel consumption.
The compressor is mainly made of high-strength aluminum alloy, therefore, it is not only durable but also ensures stability and a real long service life.

Package include:
1 x A/C Compressor W/ Clutch
Attention:
1.Remove compressor, receiver drier or accumulator, orifice tube or expansion valve.
2.Flush the condenser and evaporator using NON-OIL BASED A/C flush. On expansion valve systems. The valve must be removed before the evaporator can be flushed. Flushed condensers from outlet to inlet and evaporators from inlet to outlet.
3.Before installing the air conditioning compressor, the pipes must be thoroughly cleaned to ensure they are completely free of contaminants.
4.Install new receiver drier or accumulator and new orifice tube or expansion valve.
5.Evacuate the A/C system for a minimum of one hour.
6.After evacuation install half the refrigerant charge and let the system set for 1 minute. This will allow the refrigerant to pick up oil and spread more evenly throughout the system.
7.Add the remaining charge of refrigerant as called for by the manufacture.
8.Run the air conditioning system for a period of time and check whether the cooling performance is normal, while listening for any unusual noises from the compressor.
