You are bidding on one Pokemon 2004 Players Fan Club Articuno EX holofoil promo card. It came inside the second Players Club starter kit that was given to Japanese players when they signed up for a Players Club Membership, back in 2004. It was only available to Japanese residents. Not for sale in any toy stores, Pokemon Center, theme decks, sets, or booster packs. .
The card is officially graded by PSA (Professional Sports Authenticator). PSA is the worlds largest and most reputable grading and authentication company. PSA grades the cards on a scale of 1-10 (1 being the lowest and 10 being a perfect condition card). The card comes encased in a plastic case with bar code.
