A vibrant vintage lithograph by the acclaimed Lithuanian artist Kopel Gurwin (1923-1990). This striking work depicts Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden, surrounded by the Hebrew text of Genesis 2:23. Gurwin's signature style, which emulates his famous hand-stitched felt tapestries, is on full display here with bold colors and intricate folk-modernist patterns. Professionally framed in a contemporary silver-tone frame from a New York gallery. A standout piece of 20th-century Mid-Century Modern art.
