This is a rare and historic Phra Norn (Reclining Buddha) amulet discovered from the sacred Kru (relic chamber) of Wat Satue, Ayutthaya Province, Thailand. The amulet is believed to have been blessed by Somdej Phra Buddhachan Toh (Somdej Toh Phrommarangsi), one of the most revered monks in Thai Buddhist history, during B.E.2413-2414 (1870-1871).

The amulet depicts the Buddha in a reclining posture, symbolizing the Buddha’s final liberation (Parinirvana), conveying peace, detachment, and spiritual transcendence. Crafted from sacred red clay mixed with herbal and mineral elements, the amulet has naturally aged, showing traces of earth and original condition from the Kru chamber.
