the A90 is more than a MIDI controller. it is a sequencer, a synth, a drum machine, and the ultimate MIDI controller to boot.
It is the foundations of any MIDI based set up due to its ultra complex, elaborate and sophisticated aftertouch, modulation control and complex vertical and horizontal splitting of all the 88 keys.
It is a complex and elaborate machine but fortunately it comes with all the manuals and references to maximise the use of the machine.
It has 64 voice polyphony.
That is not a joke.
You hardly need anything else beyond it.
Voices, guitars and you're done.
If you rely on external sound modules for sound, that is fine as well. this machine will churn out all the data you need to drive the sound devices to their most intricate detailed handling.
I will miss it, but I am moving and dismantling my studio.
