**Pen was restored by someone other than me, but it is having some issues that are beyond my expertise in restoration. There seems to be a small leak around the feed and collar which is where I believe the problem lies. Pen does not fill all the way, but I do hear “vacuum air” sound. Tempermental filler for sure. Plunger is somewhat stiff, but does move up and down. The end cap sometimes sits wonky when screwed down and even came off once, but that hasn’t happened for awhile. Please buy with discretion! I have disclosed everything I can think of, but this pen is on the RARER side and seems to be outfitted properly for a Milady!
