Driver must be returned in the same condition as when it was purchased, meaning the head must still be in the original factory shrink wrap, and the driver must not have been hit. All of the used or demo clubs that I sell have also been purchased directly from the stated manufacturer. I don't take any trade-ins solely because I don't want there to be ANY possibility that I have a counterfeit club listed for sale. Please do not ask me to look up a serial number for you. While I appreciate your caution, I run my eBay business by myself and am generally managing between 200-300 active listings at any given time, and time becomes an issue.
