1. Feeding Part:
Total Feeding Part including material leveler, Feeding Rollers, Encoder, Material clamp
(1)Material Leveler make the material coil to find a right and straight position from the beginning.
(2)Feeding rollers make material keep feeding in strong power at a smooth path.
(3)Encoder automatically give length compensation on slip to make sure the feeding accuracy.
2. Cutting/Slotting Part:
Blade cutting material from both sides and multi-angle from 45 degree to 135 degree.
With both side cutting, letter channel more easy to be bent to different angle.
With Multi-angle cutting, you always could be get any angle you need at the letter corner location
