New 1973 Belmont Stakes Replica Program

This is a new and unused  replica horse racing program from the 1973 Belmont Stakes horse race held at Belmont Park in Elmont, New York on June 9, 1973.  This is the day that Secretariat won the Triple Crown by winning the Belmont Stakes race by 31 lengths!

The National Museum of Racing and Hall of Fame in Saratoga, New York made this replica program for those in attendance at the 2023 (50 Year Anniversary) Belmont Stakes Race at Belmont Park.  It looks just like the original 1973 Belmont Stakes official program that was produced for race goers in June, 1973.

The replica program is approximately 9 Inches by 4 inches and has all the racing fields for the nine races held on June 9, 1973.  Secretariat's famous ride to the Triple Crown was race 8 that day.

It is fun looking at this replica program and taking a look back at advertisements like Schlitz beer, and the prices that existed in 1973, like parking for the races at just $1.25!

This is the only program I have, so this auction is an option for those that desire the replica program from the day Secretariat made history!
