Item ships same day if order is received before 10am PT (otherwise next day).

Returns: if you decide to return the item, the following applies:
1. Returned package/item will undergo thorough examination
2. if returned in new/sealed/untouched condition, a full refund will be issued

3. Used returns (including open box/seal damaged) will be subject to a restocking fee, ranging from 10% (if returned open box in like-new condition) to 30% (item functional but has severe damages like dents and deep scratches on cooler). We test all items with OCCT for verification.

4. Return fraud: If we receive a return with different item in the box / different serial number / removed chips / etc), a 100% restocking (no refund) will apply. Furthermore, we will report any return fraud to eBay AND file a police report.
