How to Disassemble the Meat Cutter
1. Open the top cover by turning the two screws on the top cover.
2. Toggle the 2 side levers to either side.

- Please note that this product can not cut hard vegetables and fruits, such as potatoes, white radishes, carrots, pumpkins, cucumbers, lotus roots, meat with sinews, and frozen meat. This machine is not intended to cut meat into regular cubes. This product is not suitable for chopping meat into a fine puree for meatballs.
- Please note that when operating, please do not touch the blade directly with your hands, and pay attention when loading, unloading and cleaning the blade to prevent accidental scratches. Misplaced blade combs will easily stuck meat or directly damage the blade.
- Please do not put the whole machine in water to avoid damaging the motor. After cleaning, please add some cooking oil (not included) to the blades.
- Please read the English instruction manual carefully before use and pay particular attention to the safety instructions contained therein.
- When using the machine for the first time, it is recommended to clean the machine several times with warm water, and then put some vegetable leaves down and cut it to remove the smell of the new machine.
