Here
is an unusual set of cards from
Sanitarium Health Food Company. This
1966 set, called "The Fascinating Orient," has 30 cards.
This base set is complete. No inserts,
chase cards, or checklists were released
with this set. These cards are not
the standard size. They measure 2" x 3".
The cards feature great photographs from the period and a printed
description on the back of what is
depicted. The company that made these
cards is based in New Zealand and is still in business today.
The third photo was partially erased because I accidentally included three cards from another set in the picture.
NOTE:
I am in the process of winnowing down my
personal collection of non-sport cards.
I sleeved these back in the nineties
when I got them, and they have been
stored in Ultra Pro Archival sleeves ever since. I figured it was silly for me
to de-sleeve them only for a buyer to have to re-sleeve them! So you will
receive all of these ready to be popped
into your collector binder.
Condition: These cards are in near-mint condition
with sharp corners, no creases, and no
