The Meat Hunter rods are designed for Big Fish / Big Water applications and performance requirements. Built on heavy wall multi-ply tubular fiberglass blank for unmatched power and rugged dependability with 20 years of success.

Meat Hunter Flex (Slingshot) rods, are available in both a casting and spinning option. These rods feature a very light tip with a powerful "Sumo" flex spiral fiberglass blank in yellow, black or white color. Some casting models feature trigger reel seats while all models utilize stainless steel guides/tops for trouble free durability. The bait flex tip allows easy layout of all popular catfish baits while providing unbelievable backbone power. This rod is built to perform with catfish and a variety of other big fish.

Customer Note: Please make sure that you are purchasing the correct rod type that you want, for the correct type of reel you want to use. We have both spinning rods and casting rods in this model. Casting rods have smaller line guides for a top mount reel normally a large baitcast reel type. Spinning rods have large line guides for a bottom mount open faced spinning reel.
